The following information, beyond standard registration requirements (e.g. name, address, etc.) is required for registration, please see below to ensure you can successfully register your player before proceeding.
All registrations require input of the players Hockey Canada Registry Number, per Hockey Canada.
As part of the registration process you will be required to review and agree to the parent/guardian code of conduct and agree to review with your player the player code of conduct. Cupar Minor Hockey is committed to the mission of fostering hockey experiences where all can learn, play and succeed; codes of conduct are a tool to clearly outline expectations of conduct through the hockey season at events. We require and strongly encourage all to review, understand and commit to modelling the conduct and behaviours that contribute to a positive and safe environment.

HOCKEY FEES
Cupar Minor Hockey recognizes that hockey fees can be expensive, that is why there is a automatic payment plan option when registering. You can choose to use automatic credit card withdrawal plan, or offline etransfer/cash payment plan. If you choose to pay offline YOU are responsible to pay on time, failure to do so may result in this option no longer being available in the future, please ensure you are emailing cmhfees@gmail.com to notify them of your intent and send etransfers cmhfees@gmail.com as well.
